What do I need to provide you?
In case of migration, I will need access to both your hosting accounts(cPanel/control panel), domain registrar account and WordPress logins. Can you please attach these in a .txt, docx, or any other convenient format?
How are you going to accomplish this task?
Before migration, I will create a full backup of your website/server/cPanel so we do not lose any important files. Once the website is ready, I will update the DNS so that it can be published live which means there will be ZERO downtime.
I don't have cPanel interface Access For Current Hosting. Can you still help me?
YES! But you have to first message me. Usually, that is not an issue if your current hosting doesn't have cPanel. You can send me WordPress/Other control panel interfaces.
My website receives a lot of traffic. When do you want to work?
If you have any specific hours when it is the best time for your business to do the migration, please let me know. If you have any additional information or questions, please describe them here. I work in the USA/European time zone so no problem!
Really in 3 hours? Do you offer email account migration as well?
I have been doing this for years so I am enough experience to do it in a very short time. In case of unavoidable circumstances like server issues, it might take a bit longer. Yes, but depends on the server or hosting type. Please message me in my inbox first.
My site isn't working correctly can it be migrated?
Yes, I will troubleshoot and then fix it before it can be migrated, but please reach out so we can discuss your situation as there may be some additional costs depending on the bug.
How do I know how large my website is? Do you have any size limit restriction?
Ask your hosting provider or log in to your cPanel. On the lower right-hand side, it should tell you how large your site is. If you're hosting multiple sites in one hosting that number may be larger than the size of your single site. There is no size limitation. If you cannot find it, message me.
Do you migrate a website in different domain or hosting? Will it effect my SEO ranking?
Yes! Order the correct package and I will migrate without any issue. There won't be any effect on ranking as google takes some time to index each site and I will switch the domains within a few minutes.
What if my website is larger than 10GB, can you still back it up or migrate it?
Yes! Please reach out to me so we can discuss your options.
