I lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced control systems for industrial machinery, specifically specializing in high-performance solutions for the garment industry. My role bridges the gap between low-level embedded hardware and high-level software interfaces to create reliable, "expert-level" automation. Key Technical Responsibilities & Achievements: Embedded Systems & HMI Development: I specialize in high-performance firmware development using the ESP32-P4 SoC and the professional ESP-IDF framework. I utilize LVGL to create modern, responsive graphical user interfaces for embedded displays and dedicated HMI panels. Industrial PLC Programming: Expert-level configuration and logic development for industrial PLC systems, including the Mitsubishi FX series (FX2N) and Delta controllers. This includes complex troubleshooting of analog/digital I/O and precise control of industrial drier and washing/dyeing machinery. Full-Stack Industrial Software: I develop custom Python applications and desktop GUIs for real-time machine monitoring, data visualization, and system calibration. Hardware Integration & IoT: I manage the complete integration of analog and digital sensors (temperature, flow, pressure) into control loops.
