What information is needed to initiate my website design?
I will need simple info from you to start your website design process. As follows: logo & branding details, photos, product details, policies (refund, shipping, etc.). You will receive an in-depth Requirements Form on placing an order; we can discuss your project, business, and goals in detail.
Wix, WordPress, Shopify: what's best for my business?
The best platform depends on your business type: • Wix is the best for beginners and has functions for both blogging & eCommerce • Shopify is the best for eCommerce & if you have an extensive product catalog • WordPress is the best for blogging, most versatile with functions & is the most affordable
Will I be able to manage or update my website myself?
Yes, you will be able to manage and update your website yourself if you have an understanding of Wix. You will receive assets in PSD format or Canva templates and 15-30 day post-launch support (reference packages) to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Can I change something(s) in the website design post-production?
Of course, you can change anything you want in the design to best suit you. You will receive 2-9 revisions (reference packages) to revise anything as needed. Revisions are redeemable even after order completion during the post-launch support period.
What do revisions include?
Revisions include a change or variation to an initially presented design. It's typically a change of less than 1/4 of the website design. A revision is a modification or correction to progress toward your final web design. A revision does not include extensive changes to the initial website design.
What does post-launch support include?
Post-launch support includes: content management, technical supervision, assistance with web promotion & advertising and even «first aid» if a website needs repair or immediate care. It does not include revisions. However, revisions are redeemable in this period: both unused & newly bought.
What website package do you suggest the best: Silver, Gold, or Platinum?
The best package depends on your goals: • Silver: for new businesses with fresh content • Gold: for established businesses who want to show-up and be available for their customers online • Platinum: for empires with tons of content & products Every business needs a credible website
What does the Silver Package offer?
The Silver Package offers: a 5-page website design, SEO, eCommerce & Booking install, responsive on desktop, tablet, & mobile, 14-day delivery, 2-revisions, source file, 7-day Post-launch Support. Pages can be but are not limited to: Homepage, About, Products/Services, Blog, Contact, Policies, etc.
What does the Gold Package offer?
The Gold Package offers: everything from the Silver package + 13-pages, 5-revisions, 15-day Post-launch support, 1-custom asset, and content upload. Pages can be but are not limited to: Silver pages + FAQ, testimonials, error 404, Store locator, etc.
What does the Platinum Package offer?
The Platinum Package offers: everything from the Silver & Gold package + 25-pages, 9-revisions, 30-day delivery, 30-day Post-launch support, 3-custom assets, content upload. Pages can be but not limited to: Silver & Gold pages + Sitemap, Teams, Careers, Affiliates, Press Releases, Wholesale, etc.
