FAQ
Do I need to give you my Google account password?
No, never! For security, you can simply invite my email as a "User" in your Google Play Console with "Release Manager" or "Developer" permissions. I will provide simple step-by-step instructions.
Do I need my own Google Play Developer Account?
Yes. Google requires that all apps be published under the app owner's verified Developer Account ($25 one-time fee to Google).
What if Google asks for 14-day closed testing with 20/12 testers?
If your Google Play account was created recently (personal account), Google mandates closed testing before production access. I will configure the closed testing track, upload your build, and provide the opt-in link for your testers.
Can you fix my app if Google already rejected it?
Yes! Please contact me with the exact rejection email from Google Play. I will diagnose the violation (Target SDK, Permissions, Data Safety, or Metadata) and resolve it.
What if Google rejects the app after submission?
If any issue arises directly related to the submission setup, store listing, or declarations, I will update and resubmit it within your package revisions at no extra charge.
