I am a full stack systems engineer with more than 15 years experience dealing with high performance websites. Handling everything from hosting provider selection to load balancing, caching, MySQL/MongoDB DBA, content distribution to frontend performance.
Nginx, Varnish, Graphite, Nagios/Icinga, Memcached, Redis, ElasticSearch, Puppet, Cobbler, Kickstart, cPanel, Plesk are some of the things I work with every day.
I can program in many languages but some of the open source programs I have released (on my github) are written in python, php, bash, perl, lua (nginx modules), c, java.

We've used Scott before and he's our go to person for anything AWS sys admin related. Knows his stuff and really easy to get on with, can be very flexible with when he's available and had got us out of trouble on at least one occasion.
