How it works:
Message me before you order with your device and whats going wrong. We pick a time and meet on Zoom. You stay in control the whole time, and I only take over your screen if you say yes.
I never ask for your passwords, bank info, or card numbers.
If I cant solve it, you dont pay. Longer sessions can be split into two visits.
