- One automated, scheduled or instant cloud flow

- Up to 10 triggers and actions in total

- Up to two Microsoft tools using standard connectors

- Conditional logic and one-way data syncing where needed

- Basic error handling, agreed scenario testing and setup notes

- Two revision rounds within the agreed scope

Examples include SharePoint approval requests, Forms-to-list capture and Outlook or Teams notifications.
