What do I receive with each package?
One Canvas app up to the listed limits, with testing, editable app and flow files, and a handover guide. Each data source is one table or list; each flow has one agreed trigger and outcome. We confirm complexity, integrations and acceptance criteria before ordering.
What counts as an AI feature?
One agreed text task, such as summarising a record, classifying an enquiry or drafting a response, connected to your app using an existing AI service. Human review is included in the design where needed. Model training, custom chatbots and knowledge-base search require a separate scope.
Are Microsoft licences and AI costs included?
No. You provide your Microsoft environment, suitable licences and any paid connectors or AI service subscription. Recurring usage fees are yours. I will identify the services needed for the agreed design before work begins; please do not send passwords or API keys in order messages.
What do revisions and handover cover?
A revision is one consolidated feedback round within the agreed requirements. New screens, workflows, integrations or changed requirements need a separate quote. Handover includes editable app and flow files plus setup notes. Ongoing maintenance and future enhancements are quoted separately.
Can you improve an existing app or build a larger solution?
Yes. Message me first for an assessment and custom offer. I also work with model-driven apps, Dataverse, custom connectors, document automation and n8n. These packages focus on internal Canvas apps; public websites, complex migrations and larger integrations need separate scoping.
