Need a clean, accurate 3D printable model that works first time out of the printer?
I design print-ready STL files and CAD models for 3D printing in SolidWorks and Fusion 360. Every file is geometry-checked, correctly scaled, and oriented for clean results. Wall thickness, overhangs, and mesh errors are reviewed before delivery.
I am a CSWP with 4+ years of experience and 170+ completed CAD projects.
What I design:
- Single-part STL files from sketches, images, or rough ideas
- Concept development when you have an idea but no drawing yet
- 2D to 3D conversion from drawings, blueprints, or reference photos
- Functional parts toleranced for fit and assembly, 0.2mm to 0.4mm clearance
- Multi-part STL assemblies with individual component files
- Exploded-view animation of multi-part assemblies on request
Every order includes:
- A print-ready STL file
- A visual preview so you can check it before printing
Please note: I design the files, I do not print or ship physical parts.
Native SolidWorks or Fusion source files and photorealistic KeyShot renders are available as add-ons.

FAQ
Do you print and ship the physical part?
No. I design and deliver the digital files. You print them yourself or send them to a print service.
Can you create an STL from just a sketch or idea?
Yes. Sketches, photos, rough descriptions and old drawings all work as a starting point.
Will my STL be print-ready?
Yes. Every file is geometry-checked for mesh errors, wall thickness and overhangs, correctly scaled and oriented before delivery.
Do you provide functional models that fit with other parts?
Yes. Mating parts are toleranced at 0.2mm to 0.4mm clearance depending on your printer and material.
Can I get both STL and source CAD files?
STL comes with every order. Native CAD is a paid add-on at 20% of the package price, since releasing the editable model is a sign-off rather than a file export.
Can you create multi-part assemblies?
Yes, with individual component files so each part can be printed separately.
What software do you use?
SolidWorks and Fusion 360.
What do you need to know about my printer?
Printer type (FDM, resin, SLS), build volume, and material. That determines tolerances, wall thickness and orientation.
What if I need changes after printing?
Print it, tell me what did not fit, and I will adjust within your included revisions.
