Hi, I'm Sean. I graduated with a BA (Hons) Arch degree in 2012 and, following a year in practice, set up business as a sole practitioner. I offer Architectural Design, Planning Drawings, 3D Modelling, and Visualisation services for a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural. I started SDMVisuals focusing on 3D modelling and CGI side of the architectural process, but maintained the design and planning elements which quickly became the main workload. CGI work supports this if required but isn't always necessary. I've worked with Architects, Designers, Property Specialists, Planning Consultants, Contractors, Property Developers, and Private Clients over the years with hundreds of projects completed.

Out of University I worked for an Architectural Practice on the Isle of Wight. During my first 'trial' month, I entered a RIBA competition to design a green burial site and was shortlisted in the final 4 entries. During the rest of my time here I worked on a variety of projects from sketch design to completion.

We commissioned Sean to do elevation drawings, site plans and CGI images for a planning application. He's clearly very experienced in this field and the results are excellent. Sean also made some very interesting and useful suggestions which will benefit the project. Great value for money and fantastic communication. Would highly recommend.
