Please provide your source files, known dimensions or scale, floor area, floor heights and any elevation or section references. A floor plan alone may not provide enough information to accurately determine every elevation or section. Ill confirm the scope before starting.
This gig covers 2D drafting and redrawing, not structural engineering or stamped permit drawings. German communication available.

FAQ
1. What files can I send?
You can send a hand sketch, scanned drawing, PDF, JPG or PNG. Please provide the clearest version available and include any known dimensions.
What files will I receive?
You will receive an editable AutoCAD DWG and a PDF. A layout sheet is included when specified in your selected package.
Can you work from a blurry photo or scan?
Yes. If a dimension cannot be read, I will ask you to confirm it before drawing.
Can you change an existing plan?
Yes. Send the DWG or PDF and a list of changes, marked in red on the plan if possible.
Can you create Revit or SketchUp models?
Yes, I have experience with Revit and SketchUp. Those services have a different scope, so please send your requirements before ordering for a suitable custom quote.
Can you redraw larger or multi-floor buildings?
Yes, subject to the source quality and project complexity. Please send the files, floor area, number of floors and required drawing sheets so I can confirm the scope and price.
Can you redraw a plan without dimensions?
I can review the available reference, but at least one reliable measurement is recommended for scaling. I will ask you to confirm unclear or missing dimensions rather than invent measurements.
Do you design new house plans?
Yes! I also provide custom house design services. Please contact me to discuss your requirements, and I’ll direct you to the appropriate gig so you can place an order for your house design project.
