I'll ask for your current process, the apps/tools involved, and what trigger should kick off the automation (e.g., new form entry, new row, webhook). The more detail you share, the faster and more accurate the build.
Do I need an existing n8n account, or can you set one up?
Either works. If you have self-hosted or cloud n8n already, I'll build directly in your instance. If not, I can guide you through setup, or build the workflow and hand off the exported JSON for you to import.
What apps and platforms can you integrate with?
n8n supports 400+ apps and any service with a REST API or webhook — CRMs, spreadsheets, databases, messaging apps, e-commerce platforms, and AI tools like OpenAI. If your tool isn't natively supported, I can usually connect it via HTTP requests.
Can you add AI (like ChatGPT) into my workflow?
Yes — I can integrate OpenAI, OpenRouter, or similar models for tasks like content classification, summarization, or generation directly inside your automation. This is included in the Premium package or available as an add-on.
Will I own the workflow and be able to edit it myself later?
