Hello, I’m Seann. I own Japancierge, a concierge company in Japan for all of your travel needs.
Before starting Japancierge, I worked as an E-Commerce Manager in Tokyo, a professional photographer, and tour guide. We work 10am-6pm JST, Monday - Friday. If you contact me outside of that time, please be patient. It might take me 24 hours to reply. Please ignore my "online" status. My computer is online all the time, so it may show me as online when I am not actually online.

This was my first experience with Fiverr and Japancierge. They kept me updated as they ordered the items the night I sent the request and also once they received them. With the most expensive shipping option, my items arrived within 6 days to the USA. I would definitely work with them again!
