All interactions were great and the tickets were purchased so it was worth it to get these very hard-to-get tickets, however, the cost of the platform charge (20%) was high. This has nothing to do with the individual we worked with - his costs and time were fair. Given the platform is just a cost for interacting, I think they're taking too much.

The process for booking tickets was very clear. They answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. I have proof of purchase but will not receive the tickets in hand until I travel to Japan next month.
