I will convert your excel spreadsheet into a custom web application
Sebastian C.
About this gig
Your business runs on a spreadsheet that three people edit at once, breaks every month, and nobody trusts anymore. I turn it into a real web application.
WHAT YOU GET
- A real web app your team opens from any browser or phone
- Your existing data migrated in you don't start from zero
- User accounts, so you always know who changed what
- Search, filters and export back to Excel whenever you want it
- Automated tests, so you get proof it works, not a promise
WHY ME
I built and operate INMOX, a multi-tenant CRM running in production that real agencies depend on every day. I'm not showing you a folder of demos I run software people work with.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Send me your spreadsheet. I tell you exactly what it would take. That part is free.
2. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed deadline. You know the number before we start.
3. You get the source code and the accounts in your name. No lock-in, ever.
Send me your file and one sentence about what hurts the most today.

Spanish, English
I build custom web apps and AI assistants for businesses that run on spreadsheets and WhatsApp. My flagship proof: INMOX, a multi-tenant real estate CRM I created and operate in production, used by agencies in Colombia. If I could build and run that for my own industry, I can build your internal tool, client portal or AI workflow. Fixed scope, fixed price, automated tests on every delivery: you get proof it works, not promises. Fluent in Spanish, working English.
FAQ
Do I need to clean up my spreadsheet first?
No. Send it exactly as it is. Messy is normal, that's why you're here. Basic cleanup and de-duplication during migration is included.
Where will the app live? Do I pay hosting?
On modern cloud infrastructure, and free tiers are enough to start. The accounts are created in YOUR name, so you own everything. No lock-in with me.
Can my team keep using Excel too?
Yes. Every package includes export back to Excel whenever you want it.
What do you need from me to start?
Just the spreadsheet and one sentence about what hurts the most. I confirm scope and deadline before you pay.
Can you add more features later?
Yes, most clients do. We scope it as a new order or a gig extra.
