Do I need a paid Klaviyo plan?
You can start on the free plan, but it is limited to 250 contacts and 500 sends per month. Most stores outgrow it quickly. I build everything so it works on both, and I will tell you when upgrading actually pays for itself.
Do you write the email copy too?
Yes. Subject lines, preview text and body copy are included in every package, written in your brand voice. If you already have copy or a tone-of-voice guide, send it over and I will work with it.
Will the emails match my brand?
Yes. I pull your colors, fonts, logo and product imagery from your store and build templates that look like your site, not like a stock newsletter. Everything is tested on mobile, Gmail, Apple Mail and Outlook.
What do you need from me to start?
Collaborator access to your Klaviyo account, your store URL and any brand assets or discount rules you want used. That is usually all. If Klaviyo is not connected to your store yet, I will set that up.
I already have flows. Can you fix them instead?
Yes. I review what is live, keep what performs, and rebuild the rest. Broken triggers, duplicate sends and overlapping flows are the most common problems I find. Message me first so I can scope it properly.
Do you also send the campaigns every week?
No. This gig builds the automated flows that run on their own once they are live. Weekly campaign sending, content calendars and newsletters are a separate service. Tell me what you need and I will send you a custom offer.
What is not included?
Paid ads, SMS flows, ongoing campaign sending and content calendars are not part of the packages. Klaviyo subscription costs are not included either. SMS and monthly management can be added on request.
How does the AB testing add-on work?
I set up split tests on your highest-traffic flow emails, usually subject line and offer. After enough sends I read the results, keep the winner live and send you a short summary of what changed and why.
How long until I see results?
Flows start sending the day they go live. Abandoned checkout and welcome series usually show revenue within the first two weeks. Winback and post-purchase need longer because they depend on your buying cycle.
Can you help with deliverability and domain setup?
Yes. Dedicated sending domain, DKIM and DMARC records, list cleaning and sunset rules are part of the Premium package. If you are already landing in spam, tell me before ordering so I can check the cause.
