About this gig
Your ads report one number, Shopify another, and nobody can say which one is right? I trace the cause and fix it.
Most stores I review do not have one broken pixel. They have layers: native Shopify channels, a GTM container, several apps and old theme code, all sending events to overlapping GA4 properties and ad accounts. Adding another pixel on top does not solve that.
How I work
Before you order, I analyse your tracking from the outside and tell you which package fits. After ordering, I run test orders, map every tag, app and property, and reconcile GA4, Meta and Google Ads against your Shopify orders. Based on that diagnosis, I fix it in your store.
What you get
- Written diagnosis: what sends what, where data is lost or doubled
- Duplicate tags, apps and properties cleaned up
- Purchase and checkout events verified with test orders
- Conversions API and Enhanced Conversions (Premium)
- Handover notes your team can check against

I find where your store loses money and fix it, from first design to the last tracking event:
Design: Figma store designs, brand style guides
Build: custom themes, sections, B2B, theme migrations
Grow: CRO audits, GA4 and Meta Pixel analysis, Klaviyo flows
Diagnosis first, then a fixed scope and clean work. Shopify only, CST hours.

FAQ
My Meta Pixel shows no purchases but Shopify has orders. Can you fix that?
Yes, that is one of the most common cases. Usually the pixel is connected twice, linked to the wrong account, or checkout events are blocked. I trace where the event gets lost, fix it and confirm it with a test order.
Why does Shopify show far fewer sessions than Google Ads clicks?
Some gap is normal, a large one is not. Typical causes are redirects that drop the click ID, slow landing pages, bot clicks or consent settings blocking analytics. The diagnosis shows which one applies to your store before anything is changed.
My tracking broke after a theme change or Horizon migration. Can you help?
Yes. Theme migrations often leave old tracking code behind or remove events the new theme does not send. I compare what fires now against what should fire and restore the missing events cleanly.
Which package do I need?
Basic for one clear issue on one platform, like a Meta Pixel missing purchases. Standard if several platforms disagree. Premium for multiple properties, markets or GTM next to apps. Not sure? Message me with your store URL and I tell you which one fits.
Do I really need to message you before ordering?
Yes. With your store URL I check from the outside which pixels, tags and apps fire and whether events are doubled. That takes me a few minutes and makes sure you order the package that fits your setup, not a guess.
What if the diagnosis finds more than my package covers?
I stop before changing anything, show you what I found and quote the extra work at a fixed price. Nothing outside your package is done or billed without your OK. If you only want the diagnosis and a fix plan, I send you a custom offer.
What do you need to get started?
Your store URL, collaborator access to Shopify, and access to the platforms involved: GA4, Meta Events Manager and Google Ads. A short note on what looks wrong and since when saves a lot of time.
Do you work with every Shopify theme and tracking app?
Yes. I work with free and paid themes and with the Google and YouTube app, the Facebook and Instagram channel, GTM and custom pixels. If an app causes the issue, I recommend whether to keep, reconfigure or remove it.
Do you set up server-side tracking with a paid server?
Not by default. Premium uses Shopify's native Conversions API and Enhanced Conversions, so there are no extra monthly server fees. If your setup truly needs server-side GTM, I send you a custom offer after the diagnosis.
Do you set up cookie banners or manage my ad campaigns?
No. If your data gap comes from consent settings, I flag it and my separate cookie consent gig covers it. Campaign strategy, budgets and creatives stay with you or your ads manager, who then works with clean numbers.
