About this gig
Most conversion audits stop at design advice. I review your store the way a buyer uses it and the way your theme runs it, because many lost sales start on the technical side: slow pages, app conflicts, broken mobile layouts, confusing variant pickers, a cart that loads late.
I'm Sebastian, Fiverr Pro Shopify developer with 16+ years in frontend, 750+ projects and 500+ five-star reviews. I work inside Shopify themes every day, so I know what your theme can handle and what each fix takes.
What I check:
UX and copy on your key pages, mobile experience, trust signals, cart and checkout flow, page speed, app load and theme errors that stop buyers. Your package defines the scope.
What you get:
A PDF report with annotated screenshots. Every finding shows the problem, its impact on sales and the concrete fix for your theme, ranked by impact and effort.
Not included:
Implementation, heatmaps, session recordings or A/B tests. If you want the fixes done, I quote them after the audit.
Works with every Shopify theme and plan.
Message me your store URL before ordering and I'll recommend the right package.

FAQ
How is this different from a regular CRO audit?
Most CRO audits cover design and copy only. I also check what your theme and apps do to the buying experience: speed, mobile rendering, broken elements, cart behavior. As a Shopify developer I know which fixes your theme supports and what each one takes.
What exactly will I receive?
A PDF report with annotated screenshots. Each finding shows the problem, why it costs sales and the concrete fix for your theme, ranked by impact and effort, so you or your developer know where to start.
Which package should I choose?
Express fits if one page matters most, usually your best-selling product page. Funnel Audit covers the full buying path from homepage to checkout, plus speed and apps. Full Store Audit + Roadmap adds more page types, competitors, a 30-day roadmap and a call.
Do you need access to my store?
For Express, your store URL is enough. For Funnel Audit and Full Store Audit I ask for collaborator access so I can review the theme, apps and settings. I only look and change nothing.
Do you implement the fixes?
No, this is a review. I don't edit your store during the audit. If you want me to handle the fixes afterwards, I send you a fixed-price quote based on the report. In Full Store Audit that quote is already included.
Does this include heatmaps, session recordings or A/B tests?
No. This is an expert review of your store as it is today. I don't install tracking tools, collect behavior data or run A/B tests, which keeps delivery fast and scope clear.
Do you work with all Shopify themes and plans?
Yes. Every Shopify plan from Basic to Plus, and any theme: free, premium, custom or legacy. I've worked with most popular premium themes and adjust the recommendations to what your theme can do.
My store is new and has little traffic. Does an audit make sense?
That's a good time for an audit. Fixing conversion issues before you scale ads means your budget goes into a store that's ready to sell. The review is based on your pages and setup, not on traffic data.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your store URL, the pages or products that matter most and your main goal, for example more add-to-carts or fewer checkout drop-offs. If you have conversion rate or analytics numbers, share them too. They help me focus.
What counts as a page type?
A template, not a single URL. All your product pages share one product template, so one page type covers them. Typical types: homepage, collection, product, cart, checkout, search and landing pages. More can be added as an extra.
