FAQ
Does this service include printing or installation?
This gig covers digital design files only. Physical printing, vinyl materials, shipping and installation are not included. You will receive artwork to send to your chosen print shop, plus the mockups included in your package.
What do you need from me to start?
Please provide the width and height of each window or door panel, measurement units, a clear front-facing storefront photo, your logo, final wording and brand colours. If your printer has supplied a template or production requirements, please include those too.
Which file formats will I receive?
Your files will match the formats listed in your selected package. Print-ready artwork and editable source files are different deliverables, so please check the package details. If your printer requires AI, EPS, SVG or a specific PDF setup, message me before ordering to confirm compatibility.
Can you design cut-vinyl lettering and full-colour window graphics?
Yes. I design artwork for business-hours lettering, logo decals and full-colour window displays. Please specify whether your printer needs cut paths or printed artwork, and whether the graphics will be applied inside or outside the glass. We will confirm the production requirements before starting.
Can you prepare the artwork to my printer’s specifications?
Yes. Send your printer’s specifications before design begins, including dimensions, scale, colour requirements and any cutting instructions. I will prepare the artwork to the agreed specifications. Please have your printer confirm suitability for their equipment and materials before production.
What do revisions cover, and what costs extra?
Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed design, such as colours, text placement and layout, within your package’s revision allowance. Additional panels, new concepts, logo recreation or changes to the original brief may cost extra. I will explain any additional charge before proceeding.
