Can you prepare an estimate for any country?
Yes. Quantity takeoffs can be prepared for projects in any location. For cost estimates, please provide local prices or the project location. If reliable local pricing is unavailable, reference values will be clearly identified.
What is included in the annotated plans?
Annotated plans may include measured areas, lengths, counts, work-item references, color-coded markups, and notes supporting the quantity takeoff.
Do you provide editable files?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include an organized editable Excel file. The source file can also be added to the Basic package as an extra.
What is considered a revision?
A revision includes minor corrections or adjustments based on the original drawings and agreed scope. New drawings, design changes, or additional trades require a separate quotation.
Do you provide structural design or stamped drawings?
