FAQ
What do you need in order to start working on my project?
A briefing of the project with a description of the video you want, your wishes, your goals, maybe some examples. Please be specific. Footage, graphics, music, pictures, text or any other content you want me to use. The process time will start once I have received all your content.
How do I send my footage to you?
This can be done by Dropbox, Google Drive or Wetransfer. You can upload all of your footage to your account (or without an account via Wetransfer) and share the download link with me while placing your order.
There are graphics, animations and titles that I would like to use in my project. How does that work?
Before placing your order, contact me to discuss about graphics, animations and titles. We can see if we can include it in your package.
I don’t have music. Can you provide some tracks?
For this type of gig, I would prefer it if the client comes with his own suggestions, but if you are struggling, we can work it out together. I can find some music for you in some databases such as premiumbeats.com. Most of the time a music track cost around USD 50.
How do revisions work?
I offer up to three revisions depending on you package. A revision allows you to give me feedback on the edit I made. It is a really important step and should be taken seriously. It allows me to improve the video until you are 100% satisfied.
How do I get a custom offer?
First, send me a briefing of the project. Second, send me all the footage. Once I look through the footage and all of the information, I will get back to you with my proposal. We will start from there.
What if I want a longer video?
Longer videos or any other specific requirements are possible. I will simply send you a custom offer that will suit your needs.
What program do you use?
I am using FCPX since 2011.
Can I get your FCPX file?
No, I will never deliver the FCPX file.
