About this gig
Sebar Design is a two-person mechanical product design and procurement studio focused on sports and athletic hardware. We take products from early concept through production, handling CAD, prototyping, and overseas manufacturing.
Past work includes combat sports training devices, sim racing rig enclosures, underwater devices, fitness gear, and game boards.
What you get:
- 3D CAD models in Autodesk Fusion, delivered as STEP, STL, and native files
- Design for manufacturing: wall thickness, draft angles, tolerances, and materials
- In-house 3D printing and CNC to test fit and function before tooling
- Help sourcing and working with overseas factories for molds and production runs
We sign NDAs and dont show client work publicly.

FAQ
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign NDAs before any details are shared, and we don’t show client work publicly.
I only have a sketch or an idea. Is that enough to start?
Yes. Sketches, photos, rough dimensions, or a link to a similar product all work as a starting point.
What file formats will I receive?
STEP, STL, and native Autodesk Fusion files, plus renders. Other formats are available on request.
Can you make a physical prototype?
Yes. We 3D print and CNC prototypes in-house and can ship them to you. Add the prototype extra to your order.
Do you help with manufacturing?
Yes. We find factories, request quotes, review samples, and prepare files for tooling. Sourcing support is included in the Premium package.
Which package should I choose?
Basic fits a single part or early concept. Standard fits a full product you want to prototype and test. Premium fits a product headed to production. Message us if you’re unsure.
Do you only work on sports products?
Sports and fitness is our focus, but we also take on most consumer hardware.
What happens if I need more changes after delivery?
You can add extra revisions to your order, or we can quote a follow-up order for larger changes.
