About this gig
Need an AI voice agent that answers every call? I'll build a 24/7 AI receptionist that picks up your phone, books appointments and captures leads, so your business never misses a customer again.
Perfect for clinics, dentists, real estate agents, plumbers, HVAC, law firms and local service businesses.
What your AI voice receptionist can do:
- Answer inbound calls 24/7 with a natural, human-like voice
- Book, reschedule and cancel appointments (Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com)
- Answer FAQs about your services, prices and hours
- Qualify leads and send call summaries by email, SMS or CRM
- Transfer urgent calls to you or your team
- Make outbound follow-up and reminder calls
Built with Vapi, Retell AI or ElevenLabs, plus a Twilio number, and connected with n8n, Make, Zapier or GoHighLevel.
Why me: Level 2 seller, 4.9 rating from 184 reviews, 5+ years building AI agents and automations.
Message me before ordering with your business type and what the agent should handle.
