What do you need from me to start testing?
I will need the app/website URL or APK file, login credentials (if required) and test scope.
Will you provide screenshots of all bugs?
Yes. Every issue I find will be documented clearly with screenshots. In Premium package, I can also provide video recording if required.
Do you test both mobile and web applications?
Yes. I test websites, web apps, Android apps, and iOS apps. You can choose the package depending on the depth of testing you need.
How do I receive the bug report?
You will receive a detailed bug report in Excel/Google Sheet/PDF format, including issue description, steps to reproduce, expected vs actual results, and screenshots.
Can you retest the issues after the developer fixes them?
Yes. Retesting is included in the Premium package, and can also be added as an extra if needed for Basic & Standard packages.
Do you test backend/admin panel as well?
Yes, I can test admin panels, dashboards & backend modules. Please mention this before ordering so I can plan scope accordingly.
What if my project is large or ongoing?
You can contact me for a custom offer based on project size, complexity, and required duration. I also provide long-term QA support.
Can you sign an NDA for my project?
