How soon will I receive my reading?
I usually deliver readings within 24 hours, but delivery may take up to 3 days. For guaranteed 24-hour delivery, add the 24-hour delivery extra when ordering. Your reading will then be prepared as a priority.
How will my video reading be delivered?
Your video reading will be delivered as an Unlisted YouTube link, viewable only by people who have the link. This makes it easy to watch on your phone, tablet, or computer without downloading a large file. If you prefer, you can also request the MP4 file for free.
Can I watch the reading with subtitles in my language?
Yes. Your video will be delivered through YouTube, where you can use the subtitle settings to choose your preferred language through automatic translation.
