Where does it run, and what does it cost me monthly?
On your accounts: Vercel + Supabase free tiers (or your own server) for hosting, and your OpenAI or Anthropic key for answers - typically cents per hundred chats. Nothing monthly to me; you own the code.
Will it make things up?
It answers only from your indexed docs and shows the source. When the answer isn't there, it says so and offers your contact or fallback. Before delivery I test it on the real questions you send me.
Which websites can the widget go on?
Any site where you can paste a script tag: Webflow, WordPress, Framer, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, plain HTML, Next.js. It also works as a standalone chat page.
Can I update the docs later?
Yes. Basic/Standard: re-run the indexing script - one documented command. Premium: automatic re-index on a schedule or on demand.
Do we need a call?
No - async-first: everything in writing plus short screen recordings, no calls needed, faster for both of us. You send docs and sample questions, I confirm the scope in writing, then build.
