Should I message you before ordering?
Yes, please. Send me your website link or a few examples you like, and I'll confirm the right package and any extras before you order. That keeps your price and timeline accurate from day one.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your business name, logo, brand colors, text and images (if you have them), and links to 2 or 3 websites you like. For a redesign, I'll also need your current site link and admin access.
Do I need hosting and a domain before ordering?
Yes, I'll need a WordPress-ready hosting account and a domain. If you don't have them yet, I can recommend reliable options, and you'll own everything from day one.
What's the difference between a WordPress website design and a redesign?
A design is a brand-new build. A redesign keeps your existing content, pages and domain, and gives them a fresh layout, better mobile display, and improved speed. Redesigns start at the Standard package.
Do you use Elementor, and will I be able to edit the site myself?
Yes. Every site is built with Elementor so you can update text, images and pages without code. If a layout needs Elementor Pro features, I'll tell you before I start, and the license is bought under your own account.
Can you build a WooCommerce store?
Yes, in the Premium package: up to 20 products, payment gateway, shipping and tax setup, and cart and checkout pages. Need more products? Order the "additional products" extra.
Do you handle SEO and website speed?
I set up a proper SEO plugin, clean page structure, image optimization and speed improvements. I don't promise search rankings, since those depend on your content, competition and time, but the site will be technically ready.
