Send me your PDFs or scanned receipts (bank statements, invoices, reports) and get back one clean Excel or Google Sheet, totals checked against the originals. Small batches come back within a day. No more copying numbers by hand and finding the mistake only when the total is wrong.


WHAT YOU GET

One row per transaction or receipt line, headers that match your source, numbers stored as numbers and dates as dates, so SUM and filters work immediately. Several PDFs become one sheet with a column that says which file each row came from.


HOW I KEEP IT CORRECT

Every delivery includes a check: the totals in the sheet are compared with the totals on the PDF, and anything the scan made unreadable is flagged in a notes column instead of guessed. You see exactly where to look.


WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

The PDFs or scans, and one sentence about what you want to do with the data. Sensitive documents? Black out names first; the numbers are what matters.
