Stop retyping invoice numbers and totals. I build your invoice system in Google Sheets on a copy of your file, so your original stays untouched until you switch over.
Numbers continue from your last invoice, and tax and discounts are calculated for you. On Standard and Premium, one click saves the invoice as a PDF and emails it to your client, and the sheet tracks which invoices are paid. Premium adds a receivables dashboard, payment reminders and recurring invoices.
You get a written guide for every task, so you can run the system yourself after delivery. I send short progress updates in Fiverr messages and list every change in a change log.

No. It runs in Google Sheets with Apps Script, which come with a Google account.
Will you need my Google password?
No. You share a copy of your sheet with me. Your account and your original file stay with you.

How many emails can it send?
Google limits how many emails a script can send per day, and the limit is lower on free accounts. I set the system up to fit the number of invoices you send.
