I will set up ai automation with independent review and approval gates

You added AI. Now you are the one carrying text between the tools.

That is not automation. That is you working as a clerk for your own software.

I set up a workflow where the AI systems hand work to each other, and three rules hold it together:

1. Whatever one AI produces, a different AI reviews. Nothing approves itself.

2. Publishing, paying, sending, deleting - none of it runs without a person.

3. Every task leaves a record: who, when, what, how long.

What "done" means is fixed before we start:

- Basic: a written blueprint. Every hand-off you currently carry, counted, with a reason to automate it or not.

- Standard: one real task of yours runs end to end with zero manual carrying, and no path can fire an irreversible action without approval.

- Premium: three tasks running, and the review proven to work by at least one rejection on record. Zero rejections means the review is not working.

We publish our failures. An AI here misdiagnosed a fault and cost twenty minutes; the fix became a written rule the same day.

Accountability for the work rests with us, not with the AI that did it.
