If you want to, I can do that. But in the Netherlands are .com / .net and .org used a lot as well. So I rather look at relevance and quality instead of TLD.
What is the minimum amount of money to work with you?
$ 150 for 1 quality backlink is the lowest amount, I don't offer backlinks with lower quality.
How fast will I see results?
Impossible to answer... I can not predict how Google or any other search engine or LLM will pick-up these links and improve your rankings. Besides, linkbuilding is only 1 part of SEO.
