I build, host and maintain the entire online presence of local service businesses — the website, the profiles, and everything that decides whether Google and AI assistants can find and name them. Many sites live across the U.S.: electricians, painters, consultants, ecommerce sites, cafes, franchise businesses, carpet cleaners, logistic companies, big, small, and everything in between. We have migrations off Wix and WordPress onto Cloudflare, moved without dropping the client's live domain. I work with established businesses and with people starting from nothing — no site, no listings, no footprint. I build all of it, then advise and coach them on running it. What I do: - Build the site - no templates, no page builders. Their real photos, their real copy, their brand. - Host on Cloudflare so it loads fast everywhere and stays up. - Build and verify their profiles from scratch — Google Business Profile, directories, the listings AI models actually read. - Structured data, clean internal linking and accurate business information, so search engines and AI models read them correctly. - Keep the website, the profiles and the directories in agreement — when hours or a phone number change, everything changes the same day. - Track whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity name the business when someone asks for their service in their city. - Consult and coach owners on the business decisions behind all of it. I run my own AI agents that watch these assets around the clock and keep learning what makes a business get named. The standards for being found move constantly — what worked for search last year does not work for AI answers this year. My job is to keep clients current with that permanently, instead of handing someone a site that starts aging the day it launches. I use AI to make my clients better at being found by AI. Three years doing exactly that.
