CONFIDENTIALITY
Files move only through Fiverr and stay on my own PC, never sent to AI or cloud services (Fiverr ToS 8.10). No portfolio use without written permission. Your files and my copies, backups included, are deleted within 30 days. No separate NDAs.

I build software, websites and small games for shops, classrooms and training.
Every delivery is tested end to end before you receive it, and you get the files so you can change products or text yourself later.
If you have your own photos, logos or text, send them over — I will clean them up and build them in.

FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
FBX (binary), glTF/GLB, OBJ and Datasmith. Export in metres or centimetres, with the model near the origin, textures included, doors as separate objects if you want them to open. A short checklist is in the order requirements.
I only have floor plans.
Message me with the plans (PDF or DWG), the floor area and whether you need furniture, and I will send a custom offer. Modelling from plans is at walkthrough accuracy, not for construction.
Will it look photoreal?
The surroundings, lighting and sky are built from scanned materials. The building looks as good as its model: exports with flat colours stay flat. Replacing them with scanned PBR materials is available as an extra or a custom offer.
What PC does the EXE need?
A Windows 10/11 PC with a dedicated graphics card. You get a light build and a high-quality build, and I state the PC each delivery was tested on.
Can I edit the project afterwards?
Yes. You receive the complete Unreal Engine 5 project, and every environment asset in it is CC0 (Poly Haven, ambientCG), so nothing needs re-licensing.
What are the limits of one order?
One building, up to 2 floors and about 1,000 m² of floor area, up to 2 million triangles and 1 GB of files. Larger or more complex projects (a whole site, several buildings, custom interactions) get a custom offer.
How are revisions handled?
Revisions within the included count are free for 30 days after delivery. New spaces or new interactions are a new order or an extra.
Which buildings are in the sample images?
Sample models from Sketchfab under CC BY 4.0: American House by AleixoAlonso, Small Cafe and Minimalistic Modern Office by dylanheyes, Appartement by SrMonteiro. Your delivery contains only your model and CC0 environment assets.
