What information do you need to begin?
I will need your business name, industry, target audience, brand values, preferred style, color preferences, competitors, and any references you find relevant. The more specific your brief is, the more accurately I can develop the visual direction.
What is considered a revision?
A revision is an adjustment to the selected logo concept, such as changes to colors, typography, spacing, proportions, or minor graphic details. A completely new design direction is considered an additional concept and is not included as a revision.
What is a logo concept?
A logo concept is a distinct creative direction developed from your brief. Different color variations or small layout adjustments of the same design are not considered separate concepts.
What is included in the source file?
The source file is the original editable Adobe Illustrator file used to create the logo. It allows the design to be edited, resized, or adapted in the future without losing quality.
Which files will I receive?
File formats depend on the selected package. Final exports may include JPG, transparent PNG, PDF, SVG, and EPS. Editable Adobe Illustrator files are included only when the package or source file extra specifies them.
What does the social media kit include?
The social media kit includes a profile image and one cover or banner adapted from the approved visual identity. It does not include social media post templates or ongoing content design.
What do the stationery designs include?
The stationery package includes a business card and letterhead based on the approved logo and visual identity. Additional items such as envelopes, invoices, folders, or email signatures can be quoted separately.
Do you also redesign existing logos?
Yes. I can refine, modernize, or completely redesign an existing logo. Please share the current logo and explain what is not working before placing the order.
Are the final logo files suitable for printing?
Yes. Packages that include vector and printable files provide scalable formats suitable for professional printing, signage, packaging, and other applications.
Will you provide the fonts used in the design?
I will provide the font names and relevant licensing information. Commercial fonts cannot be redistributed unless their license allows it, but I can recommend suitable free or licensed alternatives.
