I build Telegram bots in the same stack as the sites and panels I ship. That is why the largest package can read and write your own database, instead of living in its own silo with its own copy of the data.
Buttons, not guesswork. A menu of commands and inline keyboards is faster for your customer than typing, and every path the bot can take is one you approved. It cannot invent an answer or wander off script.

Where does the bot run?
On your own hosting, or a free tier I set up inside your account. You hold the bot token, so nothing depends on me staying around.
Two days for a bot, really?
For up to five scenarios with your texts ready, yes. The larger packages are three and four days. If your texts are not written, tell me at the start and we agree a realistic date instead of missing one.
Can it read from my existing site?
If your site has a database or an API, yes, and that is the largest package. If it does not, I will tell you before you order rather than after.
What can the bot actually do?
Show a menu, take a structured order or booking, save it, notify your team, and answer a set list of questions. Every reply is one you approved in advance, so it never invents an answer or goes off script.
Do I own it?
Yes. Source code, deployment and the bot token are all yours. Nothing runs on my account, and there is no licence or revenue share.
