What do I need before ordering?
You need an active Salesforce org with Agentforce available and the necessary permissions/licenses to configure it. Please contact me before ordering so I can review your use case and setup.
Do you work with existing Agentforce agents?
Yes. I can help configure a new agent or review and improve an existing Agentforce setup, depending on the requirements.
Can you build custom integrations or Apex?
Custom Apex development, complex external integrations, MCP/A2A implementations and advanced architecture are not included in the standard packages. Contact me if you need these services and I can assess the project.
Can you create Salesforce Flows for Agentforce?
Yes. I can configure Flow-based automation and use it as part of an Agentforce solution when appropriate for the use case.
Do you provide training?
Basic knowledge transfer is included in the higher-tier packages. Additional consulting or training time can also be purchased as an extra.
Can you guarantee that Agentforce will solve my use case?
No. Agentforce capabilities depend on your Salesforce configuration, available features, data, permissions and specific requirements. I review the use case before starting to make sure the proposed solution is appropriate.
