Which HubSpot plan do I need?
Standard and Premium require Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise for their automated email workflows. I confirm your subscription and permissions before implementation.
Can you transfer every Mailchimp feature?
No. The packages cover agreed contacts, properties, segments, templates and rebuilt workflows. Historical reports, complete engagement history and unsupported features are excluded.
How will unsubscribed contacts be handled?
I review source statuses and agree on exclusion handling before importing. Unsubscribed or cleaned contacts are not automatically treated as eligible recipients.
Will my templates look exactly the same?
I match the supplied branding using supported email editor features. Layout adjustments may be necessary, and rendering can differ between email applications. Editable elements and test coverage are agreed upfront.
Can you migrate into an existing CRM?
Yes, within the agreed scope. I review contact matching and overwrite rules first. Complex database cleanup or merging unrelated records requires a separate quote.
What happens after delivery?
You receive the agreed test record and handover materials. Revisions cover the original scope. Ongoing campaign management is separate, and migration does not guarantee inbox placement or sales.
