I will georeference your old map, plat or plan to real coordinates

I rebuild missing coordinates for old maps, plats and plans that only have a printed scale bar. I read the scale and compass on the sheet, set control points on surviving landmarks, fit a transform, and check the accuracy per point.

Method: georeference the scan to real-world coordinates, vectorize key features into a GeoJSON layer, and deliver a one-page accuracy report with the residuals. Example: a hand-drawn 1893 town plat tied to real coordinates with 25 cm RMSE across 6 control points, verified against the printed scale.

This workflow also fits architectural plans or any unreferenced scan. I always report accuracy numbers, not just a finished image.
