Messy customer list, export from an old CRM or a spreadsheet full of duplicates? I clean and organize your data in Excel so you can actually use it. As a native German speaker I am especially careful with German names, umlauts (ä, ö, ü, ß), addresses, postcodes and phone formats.

What I do:

- Remove extra spaces and fix upper/lower case

- Bring emails, phone numbers, postcodes and cities into one consistent format

- Find and merge duplicates (keeping the valid details)

- Split or combine columns (e.g. full name into first and last name)

- Flag missing or invalid entries for review instead of guessing

- Deliver a clean Excel file plus a short log of what was changed

Great for: customer and contact lists, newsletter lists, product lists, CRM exports, lead lists.
