Commercial use in the premium package service will provide a logo with commercial value, which will make it more appealing than the logo in the standard and basic packages. While the copyright is a letter stating that the design belongs entirely to the client.
5. What is the difference between Vector Files and Source Files?
A vector file is a format of your logo that be scaled to any size without losing its original quality. It is useful if you wish to print out the logo. Meanwhile, the source file is master file of your logo and it's editable file for your logo.
6. What should be prepared to order a logo from the Sevenheavens_ Team?
You can prepare the name of your logo, the figure of your logo, and picture’s references of your logo
7. Can I still request revisions after you deliver my logo?
Yes, sure, we can do revisions after we deliver your logo. All you need to do is click the revision button in the deliver column, and we will make revisions to your logo until you are satisfied with the final result. Customer satisfaction is our PRIORITY!
8. What if I'm not happy with my delivery?
We can figure it out together, and you can tell us EVERYTHING you need or wish to be improved. I will provide you with unlimited revisions until you are satisfied! Customer satisfaction is OUR PRIORITY! If you're still not happy, we can guarantee a refund!
