Do you work with platforms other than WordPress?
Our core plan covers WordPress. If your site is on Webflow, Shopify, or another platform, message us first — we can often still help.
What happens if my site goes down outside our plan?
Standard and Premium plans include monitoring, so we're alerted immediately and respond within your plan's SLA.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes — most clients start with Essential Care to test the relationship, then move to a monthly plan once they see the reporting and turnaround.
Do I need to give you my website login?
Yes, we'll need WP-Admin (or equivalent) access, plus hosting access if backups/security work is needed. We only request the minimum access required.
Will you redesign my website too?
Maintenance plans cover updates, fixes, and small edits — not full redesigns. Message us if you'd like a separate quote for design work.
