I am a registered dietitian with 11 years of experience. The most important thing for me is ethical values. I care about providing science-based information to my clients. I believe that our bodies deserve more than trend diets, and all of us deserve reliable information not myths about nutrition.
I've worked with my clients at my office one-to-one for a long time. Then I realized that I want to reach much more people, so I acquired new skills like SEO optimization, designing the website, and writing articles. And now I'm here as both a nutritionist and a nutrition writer.
