I solve the SP-API engineering problems that make marketplace integrations fail: LWA and refresh tokens, regional endpoints, rate limits, the request-poll-download Reports flow, Restricted Data Tokens for buyer PII, Feeds for pushing inventory and prices back, and SQS notifications for order events.

Most of my work is integration: connecting external APIs to backend applications and keeping them working under real traffic. I build and maintain integrations across Shopify, Amazon Selling Partner, Meta Graph, TikTok Shop, Recharge and Loop, and I spend much of my week diagnosing why a sync or background job stopped behaving.

FAQ
Do I need an approved Amazon developer profile before ordering?
Yes. Amazon must approve your developer profile and app in Seller Central before anyone can call SP-API. I cannot get that approved for you. If you are not there yet, message me first and I will tell you exactly what to submit.
Can you fix an SP-API integration that already exists but is broken?
Yes, if I can see the code and the error. Auth failures, 403 Unauthorized, 429 throttling loops and reports that never complete are the usual causes. Send me the symptom first and I will quote by custom offer.
Which SP-API sections do you work with?
Orders, FBA Inventory, Listings Items, Catalog Items, Reports, Feeds, Finances, Notifications, Sellers and Tokens (RDT). If you need one not listed, send the docs link and I will confirm before you order.
Do you handle buyer PII (names, addresses)?
Yes, via Restricted Data Tokens as Amazon requires. Your app must have the PII role approved by Amazon; if it does not, I will build the integration without PII fields and add them once your role is granted.
Can you push inventory or prices to Amazon, not just pull orders?
Yes. Outbound updates go through the Listings Items API or the Feeds API, including processing the feed result to confirm what Amazon accepted. This is Premium scope, or Standard plus an extra.
Which marketplaces and regions?
Any. NA, EU and FE use different endpoints and the integration is built for the region you sell in. Multiple marketplaces in one region are included in Premium; extra regions are an add-on.
What exactly does each package include?
Basic: one resource, one direction, into your existing database. Standard: two agreed resources, one marketplace, scheduled with reconciliation. Premium: up to 4 agreed resources (one data flow each), 3 marketplaces in one region, one feed, one notification. Beyond that: custom offer.
What if Amazon rate-limits the integration?
It backs off and retries. SP-API throttles per operation and returns the limit in response headers; the integration respects it rather than hammering the endpoint and getting your app flagged.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Full source committed to your repo or delivered as a zip, plus a handover note. No hosted black box you have to keep paying for.
What do you need from me to start?
SP-API app credentials (client ID, secret, refresh token), your region and marketplace IDs, access to your backend repo or a description of your database, and a clear statement of what data moves where. Nothing can be built or tested without the credentials.
