I'm Sohail a supply chain consultant with 6+ years of experience helping CPG, e-commerce, Amazon FBA, Shopify, and DTC brands build inventory systems that actually work.
As VP of Operations for a US consumer brand, I reduced Amazon FBA stockouts by 40-60%, cut per-unit freight costs by 45-55%, and eliminated excess inventory exposure by 20-35% all through disciplined demand planning and inventory systems.

Purchase order planning and supplier coordination frameworks
SOPs for your team to execute consistently

FAQ
What information do I need to share to get started?
For most projects I need your sales data (last 3–6 months), current inventory levels by SKU, lead times from your suppliers, and any reorder history you have. If you're using a tool like Inflow, Cin7, or Shopify, a simple export works fine. I'll send you a structured intake form after you order.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes. I work with brands across the US, UK, Europe, and Australia. Supply chain fundamentals don't change by geography — what matters is your channels, lead times, and data.
Can you build the model inside my existing tools (Inflow, Cin7, Shopify)?
Absolutely. If you're already using Inflow or Cin7 Core, I work directly inside those systems. For simpler setups, I'll build in Google Sheets or Excel with full documentation so your team can use it independently.
What if my business is small and I don't have much data?
That's actually common with newer DTC and e-commerce brands. I can build conservative models using available sales data, market benchmarks, and reasonable assumptions — and explain every decision clearly so you can adjust as your data grows.
How is this different from a generic consultant?
I've owned these problems operationally — not just advised on them. As VP of Operations at a US consumer brand, I personally built the demand planning, inventory replenishment, and 3PL management systems from scratch. Everything I deliver is battle-tested, not theoretical.
