FAQ
Do you interpret in both Sylheti and Standard Bengali?
es. I am a native Sylheti speaker and am fully proficient in standard Bengali. I can easily transition between the two depending on your client’s or target audience's needs.
How do you handle highly confidential sessions (e.g., Asylum or Legal cases)?
onfidentiality is my highest priority. I conduct all sessions in a secure, private room with headphones. I am happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before the session, and I never keep records or notes of the call after it concludes.
Which video conferencing platforms do you support?
I am comfortable using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Google Meet, WhatsApp, or direct phone calls. Just share the link or dial-in details when booking.
Can we schedule a brief prep call or share case terminology beforehand?
Absolutely. Sharing brief context or specific terms (without personal identifiers) helps me provide the most precise interpretation during your session.
