I have helped many people over years in this and I want you to know that if you are using Windows without any debloatation/optimization after installation, you are missing out on a lot of performance.
Windows is the main OS for most people around the world but it has many bloatware that butchers your performance. Also comes with many settings/services that you probably are not using. I will not turn off any utility that you do not need and we will work together on what are the best customizations for you.

What will you do if you break something?
Do not worry! I won't break anything. All optimizations implemented will be safe and I will be asking you to understand whether you actually need what I am going to be disabling before I actually disable it.
What programs do you use for this process?
Chris Titus' WinUtil, O&O ShutUp10, your own CPU/GPU's driver management software (NVidia App, AMD Software etc.) and well, Windows settings themselves.
