I will prepare your building permit application packet
Permit Packets and COI Tracking and Pay Apps for Contractors QuickBooks
About this Gig
A permit application gets bounced for paperwork reasons far more often than construction reasons: a missing signature page, the wrong insurance form, an old survey, a plot plan that doesn't match. I fix that before you reach the counter.
I'm a construction administrative coordinator permit applications are part of my daily work. Through Contractor Paperwork Services I prepare complete permit packets for contractors: every form complete, every attachment present, in the order the building department wants to see it.
How filing works: I prepare your packet and file it as your authorized agent where agent filing is accepted. Where a locally registered filing rep is required, I prepare the packet and coordinate through one. I'm a paperwork specialist, not a licensed expediter, and nobody honest can guarantee approval or a timeline. What I guarantee: a complete packet that won't get kicked back for missing paperwork.
Good fits: additions, decks, garages, remodels, roofing/siding/window replacements, small commercial fit-outs, resubmittals after rejection. Not sure your packet is complete? Start with the audit extra a written gap report before you commit.

FAQ
Do you guarantee my permit will be approved?
No — and be wary of anyone who does. Approval is the building department's decision. I guarantee the packet is complete and organized so it isn't delayed or rejected over missing paperwork.
Are you a licensed permit expediter?
No. I'm a construction paperwork specialist. I prepare packets and file as your authorized agent where the jurisdiction allows it, and coordinate through a locally registered filing rep where one is required.
What do you need from me to start?
Your project documents: plans/drawings, survey or plot plan, contractor license and insurance certificates, owner information, and the jurisdiction (city/town/county). Full checklist is in the buyer requirements.
Can you fix a packet that was already rejected?
Yes — send the rejection/comment letter with your documents. Comment-response resubmittals are exactly what the Premium package or the resubmittal extra covers.
Do permit department fees come out of your price?
No. Government filing/permit fees are always yours to pay directly to the jurisdiction; my price is the preparation and filing work.
