Need a website you can actually run yourself, not just a pretty front page? I build full-stack Next.js websites with a real database, secure login and an admin dashboard where you add, edit and approve content without touching code.
I'm a Computer Science graduate (IIUI, 2026) and have been building with Next.js, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL for about a year. My main build is a live real-estate platform with listings, admin approval, user/dealer/admin roles, password reset by email, an interactive map and price charts. Screenshots are in the gig images.

Hi! I'm Shahab, a Computer Science graduate from Pakistan. I build full working websites with Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind: a PostgreSQL database (Prisma/Drizzle), login and user roles, admin dashboards and deployment on Vercel. Can I manage my own content after delivery?
Yes. Anything we put in the database: listings, products, blog posts, team members, leads or user submissions. You can add, edit, delete and approve items from a simple dashboard. We agree the exact sections before I start.
Do you use WordPress or a template?
No. Every site is custom-coded in Next.js and TypeScript. That keeps it fast and flexible, and you aren't locked into plugins or a page builder.
Where is the site hosted, and what will it cost me?
I deploy on Vercel with a PostgreSQL database (for example Neon). Small sites usually fit within their free plans. Accounts are created in your name, so you own the hosting, database and domain.
Do you design the website too? Can you make my logo?
Yes, I lay out a clean, modern interface from your references and brand colours. I don't design logos, so please send your logo, or I'll use a simple text wordmark in your brand font.
Can you add online payments or bookings?
Online payments and bookings aren't part of the fixed packages. Message me with what you need and I'll tell you honestly whether I can do it and give you a custom quote.
Do I own the code, and do you offer support?
Yes. You get the full source code and all rights once the order is complete. If something I built breaks because of my work within the support period (7, 14 or 30 days by package), I'll fix it free.
