Designed and implemented a computer vision pipeline for vehicle detection, classification, and license plate recognition. Collected, cleaned, and manually annotated custom datasets for vehicles and license plates. Trained and fine-tuned deep learning models (e.g., YOLO / CNN-based architectures) for object detection and classification. Integrated Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for automatic number plate reading. Evaluated model performance using metrics such as precision, recall, mAP, and accuracy. Processed and analyzed video streams to generate real-time or offline inference results. Implemented the complete solution using Python, leveraging frameworks such as OpenCV, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and related libraries.
