Do I need my own AI API key?
Yes. You create an OpenAI, Claude (Anthropic) or Gemini account and add a few dollars of credit. I'll guide you through it, and the key is stored securely on your own site or server, never shared.
How much does the AI cost to run?
For most small stores, a few dollars a month. You pay the AI provider directly for what is used, and each chat costs fractions of a cent with the default fast model. There is no monthly platform fee from me.
Can the chatbot see my customers' orders?
Only when a customer gives both the order number and the billing email used on that order. If they don't match, it reveals nothing, and repeated wrong guesses are blocked.
Will it make up answers?
It is instructed to answer only from your store's products, pages and order data. When it doesn't know something, it says so and offers to pass the question to you.
Which platforms does it work with?
Any website or web app: WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, Webflow and custom-built sites (PHP, Laravel, React, Next.js). The Premium package also covers WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Not sure about yours? Message me first.
Can it reply in other languages?
